Понятие ретрита
В переводе с английского ретрит (retreat) означает “уединение”. В Йоге этот термин используется для обозначения духовной практики с полным погружением в себя.
Ретрит может быть как одиночный, так и с группой единомышленников. Желающие собираются в безлюдных местах, на природе или закрытых помещениях, погружаясь в практику.
