Однажды, обдумывая связи между медициной и Йогой, я вспомнил интересный случай из моей медицинской практики. Это было в 90-е годы, я только закончил интернатуру и работал врачом-реаниматологом.
К нам поступила пациентка – женщина 30 лет. У неё когда-то был удалён аппендикс и, как следствие, образовалась спайка, которая передавила участок кишки (после всех операций на животе остаются спайки, но далеко не у всех они передавливают внутренние органы). С сильными болями в животе она сутки просидела дома, принимая обезболивающие препараты.
В итоге, когда она оказалась в операционной, у неё омертвел большой участок тонкого кишечника и развился перитонит (гнойное воспаление брюшной полости). Хирурги удалили значительный участок кишки и положили её к нам в реанимацию. Примерно через 5 дней разошлись швы на кишечнике, и она снова попадает в операционную: швы с кишечника снимают, удаляют ещё часть кишечника и снова накладывают швы. Через 5 дней разошлись и эти швы. В итоге, один конец тонкого кишечника вывели наружу, другой ушили наглухо. Это делается для прекращения воспаления в брюшной полости и кишечнике. Брюшную полость у этой пациентки не зашили, для того чтобы промывать её растворами антибиотиков и антисептиков, которые помимо этого вводятся ещё и внтуривенно.
Пациентка кормилась через капельницы, по несколько суток она находилась на аппарате искусственной вентиляции легких, порой её приходилось вводить в состояние медикаментозного сна. Ситуация, что называется, патовая…Мы не могли одолеть болезнь, но нам удавалось поддерживать в пациентке жизнь. В анализах крови выявлялись глубокие нарушения иммунитета. Воспалительный процесс не стихал. Специалисты областной больницы забрать её отказывались, утверждая, что она может не перенести транспортировку.
Родственники пациентки договарились с областным иммунологическим центром сделать развёрнутый анализ иммунной системы (иммунограмма). Затем, на основе полученного анализа было подобрано лечение – иммуномодуляторы, сорбенты (некоторые на основе морских водорослей). Стоимость услуги в те времена была, как половина моей месячной зарплаты (тогда, когда зарплату не платили иногда по полгода).
Родственники попросили пропустить к пациентке священника для проведения обряда Соборования. Я поговорил со священником, спросил о сути обряда. Сказал, что если это что-то вроде обряда отпевания, то мы – врачи, против него, так как у нас ещё есть надежда её спасти. Священник объяснил мне, что суть обряда сводится к активизации внутренних сил организма для более быстрого разрешения ситуации. Я, конечно, не всё понял, но предоставил им место для свечей, столик и т.д. Пациентка в это время находилась на аппарате искусственной вентиляции легких.
Начался обряд. Я находился в палате. Минут через семь у пациентки появилось выраженное возбуждение, подрос пульс до 140 ударов в минуту, выросло давление. Было принято решение ввести пациентку в медикаментозный сон. Обряд практически закончили под глубоким наркозом.
Где-то через 2 дня с областного иммунологического центра с результатами анализа крови, рекомендациями по лечению и мешком медикаментов приехали родственники. К лечению добавились иммуномодуляторы. Ещё через неделю я ушёл в отпуск.
Через месяц, вернувшись из отпуска, я спросил о судьбе пациентки, не надеясь, что она выжила. Мне говорят: «Зайди в первую палату». Она была там, худая, измождённая болезнью, но живая. У неё было достаточно сил, чтобы дышать самой, она могла разговаривать, начала питаться. Состояние её стабилизировалось, но из выведенного наружу конца кишки терялось много жидкости, и надо было срочно восстанавливать целостность кишечника. Мы снова пригласили хирурга и реаниматолога областной больницы, и в этот раз они уже не были так категоричны. Они согласились ее забрать и прооперировать, но с условием, что родственники возьмут на себя вопросы обеспечения дорогими медикаментами, препаратами для питания и т.д. Так и было решено. Пациентку увезли в областную больницу, и я забыл о ней.
Но вот однажды я встретил её и был приятно удивлён, что она жива и здорова. Она уже вернулась к работе, правда на неполный рабочий день. Мы поговорили с ней и она рассказала, мне ещё одну интересную деталь всей этой истории…Оказывается, во время обряда Соборования, находившись в «изменённом состоянии сознания», у неё было видение, в котором она стояла у какой-то границы, а за этой границей стояли её умершие родственники, которые как-будто ждали чего-то?! Но вот, когда священник начал проводить свой обряд и стал произносить молитвы, у неё началалась паника, потому что она решила, что уже умерла и её отпевают. Тут же её сознание “вернулось” в тело (это, скорее всего, и был как раз тот момент, когда у неё подскочило давление и участился пульс). Я отнёсся скептически к её рассказу, мало ли что привидится больному в реанимации.
Потом я долго размышлял над этой историей и над тем, какой же из всех этих факторов, которые были применены в лечении этой пациентки, стал решающим. Одни утверждали, что обряд, другие – что иммуномодуляторы, третьи – что усилия родственников (сестра очень много времени проводила с ней, а для покупки медикаментов родственники, если не ошибаюсь, даже продали машину). В этих спорах даже как-то забыли о нашей скромной и нелёгкой работе, о врачах, медсестрах, санитарках. Забыли о «старом» Dragere (аппарат исусственной вентиляции легких), который работал сутками напролёт. На то время, этот немецкий аппарат был единственным современным аппаратом в нашем отделении реанимации.
И только сейчас, изучая знания Йоги, я понял, что на самом деле в этой и других подобных ситуациях решающими становились совместные усилия: работа врачей и имунномодуляторы (грубое, физическое тело), обряд священника (тонкое и тончайшее тело), забота родственников и друзей (поддержка Рода). В таких ситуациях нет смысла спорить и доказывать, что же на самом деле помогло человеку выжить и выздороветь, потому что решающий фактор – это совместный и целостный подход к здоровью и жизни человека!
