В своей жизни мы все сталкиваемся с проявлением власти. Это либо доминирование, когда кто-то управляет, либо подчинение, когда исполняют приказы. Почему одни люди могут искусно управлять другими людьми, государством, компанией, способствуя их процветанию и развитию? А другие могут развалить даже успешное предприятие? Каким способом можно развить в себе управленческие способности?
На эти вопросы отвечает Раджа йога — йога управления, в переводе — «Королевская йога». Но для того, чтобы понять основные моменты Раджа йоги и научиться применять их в своей жизни, важно овладеть базовыми принципами Йоги.
Базовые принципы Йоги
Йога — это практическое применение знания Вед. В Ведах говорится, что сначала была первопричина всего — запредельный Абсолют, обладающий свободой, всемогуществом, всезнанием, пребывающий в состоянии всеблаженства. Благодаря волеизъявлению Абсолют проявился, разделился на бесчисленное множество Высших «Я», но при этом остался единым. Для аналогии можно представить многогранный зеркальный шар. Шар — это Абсолют, а каждый из нас, обладающий своим Высшим «Я», — это грань Абсолюта.
Каждое Высшее «Я», являясь частичкой Абсолюта, наделено всеми его качествами. Абсолют создал нас свободными даже от знания, что он есть, чтобы этим знанием не ограничивать нашу свободу. Единственное отличие между нами и Абсолютом: он всемогущий и знает это, а мы всемогущи, но не знаем этого. Получается, что обратная сторона свободы для нас — это наше неведение.
Воля — могущественный инструмент в познании себя
Абсолют наделил каждого из нас волей, чтобы мы смогли избавиться от неведения. Воля — изначальная наша способность. Её не нужно развивать, её нужно раскрыть в себе. Наша задача — осознать и научиться проявлять нашу волю, чтобы заставить всё своё могущество проявиться. Как гласит английская поговорка: «There is a will, there is a way» («Где есть воля, там есть путь»). Если вы волеизъявите открыть в себе собственное «Я», вы его откроете.
Майя — инструмент реализации Свободы каждого Высшего «Я»
Для того, чтобы в единой реальности множество живых существ с разными жизненными концепциями могли общаться друг с другом, Абсолют “придумал” майю. Майя заставляет что-то одно казаться чем-то другим, но в то же время майя позволяет увидеть всё невероятное многообразие этого мира. Абсолют полностью управляет майей. Мы же, пребывая в изначальном неведении, подпадаем под её действие и считаем себя не тем, чем на самом деле являемся.
Любое взаимодействие с другими должно быть приведено в согласие с 1 и 2 принципами Йоги.
Первый принцип Йоги — принцип Доброты, непричинения вреда ни одному живому существу без крайней на то необходимости, а в случае отсутствия возможности не причинять вред, поступать так, как велит долг.
Второй принцип Йоги — принцип Логики, нерастрачивания нашей энергии и сознания на дела и поступки, не соответствующие нашим жизненным целям.
Принципы управления
Раджа йога говорит: чтобы управлять всем вокруг, надо научиться управлять собой. А для того чтобы управлять собой, нужно иметь точку опоры, с которой приказывать телу, мыслям и разуму подчиняться. Эта точка опоры — наше «Я». Самое первое, что мы должны сделать — это понять, что мы — это не наше физическое тело. В этом помогут физические виды Йоги. Затем, таким же образом подчинить разум и чувства. Как только мы выходим из-под власти тела, разума, чувств, эмоций, мы начинаем ими управлять. Как только мы начинаем управлять внутри себя, мы можем управлять разумами, мыслями, эмоциями всего окружающего мира.
Раскрытие воли через инструмент Раджа йоги
Чтобы совершить любое действие в нашей жизни, в том числе подчинение наших структур, мы должны сначала его волеизъявить, то есть воспользоваться нашим основным инструментом — волей. В Раджа йоге существует метод для раскрытия воли: «наметил — сделал».
Мы должны выработать привычку доводить дела до конца, достигать победы, либо осознавать, почему эта победа была невозможна. Всякое действие, оставленное без доведения до конца или извлечения уроков, запутывает нас. С каждым успешно выполненным желанием наше «Я» всё больше начинает осознавать свою волю и верить в свои силы. Подобно тому, как армия, которая верит в свою боеспособность, имеет больше шансов победить. А если она хотя бы один раз победила, эти шансы удесятеряются.
Когда мы внутри себя волеизъявляем, то в этот момент сравниваемся с Абсолютом, и начинаем творить мир таким, каким хотим его видеть. При этом помним о принципе Доброты: чтобы наши желания не причиняли вред.
Работа с майей — ключевой фактор в Раджа йоге
Избавляясь от неведения относительно того, чем мы не являемся, мы утончаем нашу майю, становимся более сильными, харизматичными, яркими. Способность управлять появляется в результате такого утончения. Когда вокруг одного человека вращается меньше майи, а вокруг другого больше, у первого возникает способность управлять вторым. На этом построены все практики Раджа йоги. Но следует помнить важный принцип: если, манипулируя майей, вы вводите людей в ещё большую майю — это обман, который вернётся к вам бумерангом; если, наоборот, выводите из заблуждения других людей — это достойное управление.
Почему важна структура жёсткой подчинённости?
В управлении на определённых этапах должно существовать жёсткое единоначалие. Равенство быть должно, но не на уровне процессов, где должна быть жёсткая подчиненность, а на уровне взаимного уважения и принятия запредельной сущности каждого члена этого процесса. Вот почему наука управления имеет такую важность. Она где-то жестока, но эта жестокость во имя того, чтобы не допустить ещё большую жестокость. Мы не должны причинять вреда ни одному живому существу без крайней необходимости, но если речь идёт о выживании, распространении эпидемии, мракобесия, мы должны очень чётко отстаивать свою позицию.
Логика власти над людьми подобна управлению телом. У каждой клеточки нашего тела есть собственное «Я». Наше «Я» управляет этими многими «Я», которые не только принимают эту власть, но ещё считают за благо исполнять нашу волю. Потому что тот, кто стоит во главе, берёт на себя ответственность. Подчинённые клетки получают возможность развиваться, и степень их свободы вместе с вами больше, чем свобода по отдельности.
Этот закон подобного в подобном действует абсолютно везде. И если мы понимаем его, то понимаем принципы управления со всеми вытекающими последствиями в виде постоянного роста предприятия и доминирования над конкурентами. Давая возможность своим подчинённым не только заработать, но и духовно расти, мы будем сами подниматься на качественно новый уровень.
Методы Раджа йоги направлены на работу с майей, осознанию своей воли и собственного «Я». Они позволят устранить неведение, успешно реализовать все свои желания, раскрыть могущество, стать яркими и харизматичными. Соблюдая принципы Йоги, мы придём к эффективному и гармоничному управлению собой и другими людьми.
