Одной из них является Медитация. Само слово “Медитация” означает “размышление”, “обдумывание”. Во время Медитации мы концентрируем, удерживаем своё внимание на определённом единственном объекте. Это может быть мысль, состояние, телесные ощущения, визуальная картинка, звуки. В жизни мы заочно знакомы с этой техникой и применяем её чаще всего неосознанно. Каждому знакомо состояние, когда одна и та же мысль или идея постоянно крутится в голове, влияя на эмоции, переживания и последующие действия. Наша задача перевести практику концентрации в разряд осознаваемых и управляемых и использовать её для достижения своих целей.
Для начала можно использовать уже готовую Медитацию, а можно сделать собственную запись под приятную музыку либо заготовить плей-листы любимых треков. Это поможет расслабиться и получить удовольствие. Во время этой практики можно использовать метод Визуализации: прекрасные образы способствуют переключению внимания на позитивную волну и, следовательно, лучшему отдыху и восстановлению сил.
Поза для Медитации должна быть максимально удобной, поэтому если существуют какие-либо ограничения (например, нельзя сидеть), то можно лечь в Шавасану — позу отдыха, и включить свои заготовки. Даже 10 минут такого отдыха снимает накопившуюся усталость, расслабляет тело и успокаивает разум.
